Foot Care Nurse
Foot Care Provided by Registered Nurses
Routine Foot Care is very important for everyone especially our seniors. As we age, our vision begins to decline, lose dexterity and flexibility which makes it very hard to care for our feet independently. We are also at more of a risk for foot infections and injuries due to the thinning of skin, various diagnoses, and medication use. With these risks, having someone to care for your feet is very important.

A foot care nurse will assess your feet, skin and nails, review any specific concerns, and determine a custom plan. We are gentle and utilize sterile equipment for each and every patient.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why see a nurse for foot care instead of a podiatrist or nail salon?
As a nurse trained in foot care, we bridge the gap between podiatry and pedicures from the nail salon. We provide a personalized care plan developed based on our initial consultation and during your first visit. We use medical grade hygiene and safety to prevent infections and other potential complications. We offer comprehensive health assessments and medical pedicures to treat and prevent any foot complications.

How often should I seek foot care?

We suggest routine foot care appointments every 4-8 weeks. Having a set routine, will prevent potential foot problems and lead to happy, healthy feet.

How do I pay for foot care?

We do not accept insurance. Initial Medical Pedicure is $125 and the following routine Lifeline Healthyfeet Pedicure is $85. After 8 weeks, please schedule a Medical Pedicure. Clinic appointments are $50. Contact Us to learn about our next clinic location.

What if I have some foot issues that are out of your scope of practice?

With any issue such as hammer toes, suspicious moles, cellulitis, and other infections, we will refer you to one of the podiatrists in our network.

What does the service include?

Short foot bath, nail trim, filing, foot massage, and mild callouses/ corn treatment. This service is safe for people with healthyfeet and those who have diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and other diagnoses.
